Our Penthouse does not fit a standard mould, which is rather the point of it. The building is a three-bedroom residence over two levels, with a 100m² rooftop terrace, a BBQ, free use of the Skytub, a full kitchen, generous living and dining space, and direct elevator access. What changes from one booking to the next is simply how much of it you take.

Taken in full, the Penthouse is a three-bedroom residence sleeping up to twelve, with the rooftop terrace, the BBQ and the Skytub to itself. That is the shape most groups take, and it is the one the photographs show.
The third bedroom sits upstairs and can be closed off. That gives a two-bedroom penthouse from ₱18,000, which suits a smaller group who still want the terrace and the run of the place without paying for a room they will not sleep in. The full three-bedroom residence is from ₱25,000.
In the other direction, the adjoining villa on level eight opens up through a private connecting door to make a four-bedroom residence with its own elevator access, sleeping up to sixteen. It is the largest thing we have, and it is available on request.
Because these configurations overlap with one another, they are arranged with our reservations team rather than booked instantly, and the larger ones are only available when you book with us directly. Tell us how many of you there are and we will work out which shape fits.
