Front Desk Officer

Job Description: Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To check the arrivals for the next day: booking correctly entered, arrival time, special requests.
  • To daily update internal bookings.
  • To send the pre-arrival email to the guests, asking for the arrival time and offering the speedboat.
  • To get, and update check-out time.
  • To reply to emails for Contracted Rates.
  • To send booking confirmation.
  • To reply to inquiries on Facebook and Live Chat.
  • Check-in – out/Guests Orientation/Entering bookings in Oars/Updating guest details/Transfers/Activities/Update spreadsheets.
  • Facilitate guest checkout and responsible to collect the room keys.
  • To ensure that the check-in form and guest statement has been run after minibar has been recorded before presenting the bill to the guest. 
  • To scan the bills.
  • To assist the guests at the check-in time, to sell and inform about activities.
  • To update guests records: merged duplicated guest, complete guest email address, nationality, and country.
  • Refer to info-account and guest registration form.
  • Offering and managing LOAD STATION, SMART PADALA, ATM.
  • To enter bookings and inquiries in OARS.
  • To update cancellations.
  • To deal with guests requests.
  • To explain the house rules to the guests.
  • To prepare the Daily Guest transaction report.
  • To update all spreadsheets needed to be updated.
  • To forward arranged private transportation to the provider as necessary. 
  • To update transfers in OARS.
  • To prepare the check-in form for the next day.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or College Graduate, preferably with vocational training or a degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, property management software, and other office software is important for managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest information.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls and assisting guests.
  • Capable of resolving guest issues and complaints professionally and satisfactorily.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule and on weekends and holidays.

Electrical Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1-5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Company Driver

Job Description:  Responsible for operating a motor vehicle to transport goods, materials, or passengers as required by the Resort. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of company-related documents to different offices.
  • Transportation of company employees for company-related errands.
  • Transportation of the resort guests to and from the resort.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil, water, fuel, and tires and reporting any mechanical issues or necessary repairs.
  • Pick-up of materials purchased.
  • To inspect the vehicles and perform basic support undertakings like changing the oil, refuelling the car, changing the batteries, and checking and repairing some minor issues.
  • Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery or transportation while considering traffic conditions and road closures.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods, materials, or passengers as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
  • Maintain accurate mileage records, hours driven, and any incidents or accidents. Complete required paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and maintenance.
  • Interact with customers, clients, or passengers in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as necessary.
  • Report any accidents, violations, or damage to the vehicle promptly to the Management.
  • Comply with all relevant state and federal regulations, including service hours, weight limits, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Front Office or Management to update on progress, delays, or changes in the schedule.
  • The driver is also saddled with the obligation of guaranteeing that the vehicles are constantly kept perfect and clean.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle to be operated.
  • Expert driver, able to drive various types of vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, etc.).
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor, such as loading and unloading.
  • Strong communication (English- Oral and Written) and customer service skills.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
