CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation during Peak Periods:

Bookings are Non-Refundable and cannot be amended for designated peak periods:

▫ 06 Apr to 10 Apr 2023 Easter
▫ 29 Apr to 02 May 2023 Labor Day
▫ 29 Sept to 05 Oct 2023 Chinese Autumn Festival
▫ 24 Dec to 02 Jan 2024 Christmas and New Year

For periods other than the above Peak Periods:

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Notwithstanding the above, bookings can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of being created.
