CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation during Peak Periods:
Bookings are Non-Refundable and cannot be amended for designated peak periods:

▫ 9 Feb to 15 Feb 2024 Chinese New Year
▫ 26 Mar to 01 Apr 2024 Easter
▫ 30 Apr to 02 May 2024 Labor Day
▫ 23 Aug to 26 Aug 2024 National Heroes Day
▫ 01 Oct to 07 Oct 2024 Chinese Autumn Festival
▫ 01 Nov to 03 Nov 2024 All Saints Day
▫ 24 Dec 2024 to 02 Jan 2025 Christmas and New Year
For periods other than the above Peak Periods:
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
Depending on the season and circumstances, rescheduling may be possible – please contact us directly.
Notwithstanding the above, bookings can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of being created.
