We have invested in box-spring bed bases, imported Slumberland mattresses, high thread-count linens and premium hypoallergenic pillows, so every guest can spend every night sinking into sumptuous slumber. (Unlike the concrete bases and foam mattresses we know are a feature of certain other “luxury” resorts in town we could mention!)
Keep cool, stay hydrated
Every room is equipped with state of the art split-system Samsung Inverter air conditioners so even when the tropical heat and humidity reach their peak, your home-from-home will stay as cool as you like.
The resort has also invested in its own generator to provide uninterrupted power. This island life we love does come with its own idiosyncrasies and sometimes the island of Mindoro suffers brown-outs which can last several hours. LaLaguna Villas guests will remain entirely unaffected however, with our own power kicking in within seconds of the grid going out – keeping your AC and lights on even if the town is plunged into heat and darkness.
We also provide unlimited free mineral water from hot and cold water dispensers in every room – we know how important it is to stay hydrated.

We can arrange day trips to waterfalls, dive trips to explore the wonders under the sea, or offer advice on fun to have in town – but sometimes you just want a lazy morning in bed or a restful night in.
Every room features a Samsung LED Smart TV with 40 cable channels and free video-on-demand services. We’ve also installed sound bars in every room which can sync to your tablet or smartphone so you can enjoy your own music in your room.
