For periods other than the above Peak Periods:
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
Depending on the season and circumstances, rescheduling may be possible – please contact us directly.
Notwithstanding the above, bookings can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of being created.
