One dive site in Puerto Galera is sure to raise the pulse of anyone who knows about it: The Canyons! This exhilarating drift dive site, discovered in 1981, was rated among the “50 most beautiful dive sites in the world” by CNN in 2012.

It’s festival time here in Puerto Galera, which will be officially named the Dive Capital of the Philippines as part of our first Oktoberfest celebrations – which start tonight! Our guests, and members of our team, got a chance to learn about, donate to, and indeed hang out with some of the great people who work for our partners in the marine conservation group Blue Alliance Philippines on Wednesday evening here at LLV.
