IT’S OFFICIAL: PUERTO GALERA IS THE DIVING CAPITAL OF THE PHILIPPINES!
Well after months, and years of saying it about ourselves, and quite rightly so, the town of Puerto Galera and its more than 60 dive operators are celebrating the fact that we have officially been named the Diving Capital of the Philippines!
Down to the dive site: The Canyons
One dive site in Puerto Galera is sure to raise the pulse of anyone who knows about it: The Canyons! This exhilarating drift dive site, discovered in 1981, was rated among the “50 most beautiful dive sites in the world” by CNN in 2012.
